What Happened

Our monitoring systems detected a brief period of instability affecting a small subset of our application servers. This caused intermittent access issues for a limited number of users. The system quickly self-corrected, and service was restored without the need for manual intervention.

What We Found

Upon investigation, we identified that a system configuration setting related to connection and file handling was more restrictive than necessary given our current infrastructure. This limit was reached even during routine traffic, leading to the temporary disruption.

What We’ve Improved

We have adjusted key server configurations to allow greater flexibility and better align with platform demands. These changes will enhance stability and prevent this specific issue from recurring.

Resolved

Between 12:55 PM and 1:06 PM PT on June 3, 2025, some users experienced difficulty accessing the ATS. This caused some users to see a maintenance page when attempting to access the ATS. Background operations (such as automated tasks or job processing) were not affected.

The system recovered automatically within minutes. The team investigated the root cause and identified a configuration-related constraint that will be addressed to improve resilience moving forward.
