One of our document vendors is currently undergoing maintenance. Attaching Onboarding Documents when sending an offer letter, or using Send Documents under Messages, may return an error. This is a great time to try Workflows, which we highly recommend for sending documents. After you send an offer letter bypassing the Onboarding Documents screen, you will be prompted to send a document through Workflows, where you can send the document, request a signature, and more. You can also use Send Request to Candidate under Messages. Please reach out to our support team if you have additional questions. We will provide an update once the maintenance has completed.
