Some users may be experiencing issues importing resumes using the Resume Import feature (both file import and email import). Please note: this does not impact resumes submitted directly by candidates through job applications — those continue to be received and parsed as expected.

We are working closely with our vendor to restore services as quickly as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
