Investigating

We are currently investigating reports of an issue affecting the Offer Letter sending flow. Some users may encounter a screen that freezes after previewing attached documents, preventing them from completing the sending process.

Our team is actively investigating and working toward a resolution. We will provide an update as soon as we have more information.

Workaround: You may be able to send the offer letter without documents attached, then send those documents independently of the offer letter flow. Users still on the classic applicant grid may not be affected. If possible, please hold off on resending or resubmitting Offer Letters while we investigate, as doing so will not resolve the freeze.
